Event Description
The Medical Tactical Application Course - MTAC-A teaches students the mindset of the medic in the remote and tactical environments. 5 days and over 54 contact hours with CEUs awarded by the state of GA and acceptable to the national registry.
Tangent Edge consultants assist agencies with training and implementing protocols for the tactical and SWAT medics. The course utilizes an active city as the trauma lane, minimal down time during transitions, hands on and scenario based training.
This course is not aimed at mass producing medics but geared towards the tactical medic understanding the hostile environments, limited resources and challenges that plague the battlesphere.
